People love how the Bo One performs and the simplicity of it when it comes to usage but it became very popular because of its luxurious design and premium build quality. The only problem vapers have with the Bo One and basically, most of the pod style vaporizers on the market is the battery life. Well, I can’t blame them because the Bo One performs really well for a pod-style device and who doesn’t want a bigger battery on this device with a little compromise. That is why we now have the Bo Plus.

Bo Plus Kit Review: Breakdown

Build Quality

The Bo Plus looks like a really beefed up Bo One but it still maintains its luxurious feel and design. It kind of looks like a Bo One that is inside a case of some sort. The Bo Plus is available in a matte black finish or a light gold and the kit includes a leather pouch.

The pouch is made of a high-quality real leather that has a combination of a high gloss and a perforated design, just like what you would see on a premium car seat. This adds to the luxuriousness of the Bo Plus and it also serves as a protection for the device.

Just like the Bo One, the Bo Plus has no buttons and it still utilizes an automatic draw system which means you just need to take a draw and it will produce vapors automatically. It still has a battery LED indicator on the front and other than beefed-up design, the only difference is that instead of magnetic contacts, the Bo Plus has a USB type C port on the side.

Yes, you read that right, a USB Type C port which makes the Bo Plus ahead of the game when it comes to features. You know how I feel about propriety chargers and how I wish that everything has a micro USB port but a USB type C port makes everything better.

Now, let’s talk about why the Bo Plus is so buff-looking compared to the slim Bo One. The Bo Plus’s selling point is its massive improvement in the battery department. It now has a capacity of 800 mah compared to the Bo One’s 380 mah, which means it can now last a whole day or two with normal usage.

The USB type C connection also helps with charging as it is significantly faster than your standard micro USB port and it can charge the Bo Plus in just 15 minutes. The Bo Plus kit comes with 2 pods that have a liquid capacity of 1.5 ml.

These are the same non-refillable pods that you can use with the Bo One so basically, if you already own the latter, you can use all your pods on the Bo Plus. Using the Bo Plus is super easy, all you need to do is install the pod to the base and vape on.

It features an automatic draw system so you don’t need to do anything but just take a draw as long as it has enough battery life. Unfortunately, you can’t still see the e-liquid on the Bo Plus when the pod is installed just like on the Bo One, and it is still going to be a hassle taking the pod out just to see how much e-liquid you have remaining.

Vapor Quality

Vaping on the Bo Plus is perfect for those who are transitioning. The pods are prefilled with a nicotine salt based e-liquid, which for those who don’t know, has a better throat hit than normal e-liquids available on the market.

The Bo Plus has a lot more airflow compared to most pod style devices but it is still a mouth to lung device. It features temperature control that optimizes the power to give a very refined flavor and it also prevents you from getting a dry hit.

While it is very excellent when it comes to flavor and has a bit more airflow than most pod style devices, do not expect that it will produce massive vapors because it certainly would not no matter how much you pull from it.

Versatility

Versatility

The good thing about the Bo Plus compared to some closed pod systems is it has a lot of options when it comes to flavor and strength.

There is a little something for everyone and you should have no troubles finding a flavor or multiple flavors you will enjoy.

Portability

Portability

Due to the bigger battery, the Bo Plus is definitely bigger than most pod style vaporizers but it is still compact and ergonomic.

It is only 100 mm in height, 24 mm in length and 12 mm in width. It is a better device than most pod style devices when traveling due to the longer battery life and faster charging.

Conclusion

If you are a fan of the Bo One or just any pod style device that is similar but wants something that can last a day or two then the Bo Plus is the answer to your problem. Since the Bo Plus works and performs just like the Bo One, it can also be considered as one of the top pod style devices on the market due to its temperature control feature and exceptional flavor selections. The USB Type C is also a big plus with its super-fast charging feature and it will definitely be the mainstream USB port in the future.
